Russell Honors his Mom

Mary McCloud, a past member of Yuma Rotary, was gifted with a Paul Harris Fellow by Russell.  Russell is already a PHF and wanted to make his additional award special by putting it in his mother's name.  Mary incidentally, is the first woman member of Yuma Rotary and may well be the very first woman Rotarian in the world.  According to Dave Hossler, the Yuma Club was aware of the Supreme Court hearing on the matter and had all the paperwork ready when the decision was handed down.  As soon as the decision was made public, the membership application was submitted.
